I made this top the other day for Sadie...and it ended up fitting Charlotte! lol. Most of the time it's the other way around. (I tend to make things bigger than they need to be, I am constantly and irrationally scared that things will be too small when making stuff for C)I named it after my newest baby niece, Evelyn. She is adorable, and a sweetie … [Read more...]

S’s Christmas dress
So yes, the girls dresses are a lot alike this year. They are both also pretty simple. I had no brain functionality to get anything else done, forgive me. Hopefully my clothing design part of the brain switches back on after the new year! Sadie's dress has a simple pleated bow around the neckline. She really likes this dress-I pretty much … [Read more...]

This fabric didn't lend itself the best to the tucks...but that's ok-Sadie still loved it! Fabric is Purple Dot, So Sophie line, by Riley Blake, from my sponsor, Ribbon Retreat! So, after you've hemmed your skirt.......Fold … [Read more...]

I made some jewelry. (plus a guest post)
I use the word "made" in a very loose sense. If I can make jewelry, than anyone can. These consisted of gluing stuff, opening and closing jump rings, etc. That I can handle. Although I did once take a jewelry class in high school where I actually soldered and stuff, it was quite fun but I made the ugliest stuff. The two necklaces on either end … [Read more...]
