Need to keep track of whether or not your kiddo (or hubby;)ย is being naughty or nice this holiday season? A simple flip of this reversible pillow lets you inform them of their standing with the guy dressed in red.
I am so excited to participate in Gwen’s Haul out the Holly series-last year was amazing and I can’t wait to see what’s in store this year!
Want to know how to make this easy pillow cover?
ย Then I traced the letters onto my heat n bond…make sure to trace them backwards! I use my window to back light and trace.
Then iron the letters onto the backside of your fabric.
Then cut out with small scissors…
and place on your pillow where you like…then iron them down! You could also stitch around the edges of all the letters, but considering this was a seasonal pillow, I chose not to…plus I’m a bit lazy.. ๐
Finish the pillow with my invisible zipper tutorial, and tada!ย A cute, festive pillow!
Great idea! I’d love a festive cushion like this for my sofa. But maybe for next year, my craft schedule is killing me as it is! :o)
Hee hee, fab idea
Love it, Jess! I’m thinking about making a smaller version for my girls to keep in their playroom. Nothing like the threat of Santa watching to keep kids in line ๐ Thanks so much for being a part of Haul Out the Holly again this year!
Just brilliant!! I thought the same thing, might help the kids behave!!
Cute idea! I wouldn’t have sewn around the edges either, but more because mine always looks like crap!
Super super cute!
I kind of love this. And can totally see myself throwing it at my husband. ๐
Very cute project. Love this idea to use up some of the festive fabric I have over indulged in.
So cute! And relatively easy! I love them! perfect little Christmas spirit for your chair! What a cute idea! I might need to copy this! ๐ We missed you guys last weekend! Love ya!
Now that’s just a clever design. I love it!
