Today we went for a walk to my parents house, about a 2 mile round trip. It is a nice walk, but was pretty hot on the way back! Oh well. She was nice and shady inside her cocoon. We got an email today again from our real estate agent. The townhouse appraisal was done finally, so now we are being held up in the (sellers) lenders review committee.
