I’m psyched to be over at Rae’s today as a part of her KNITerviews-a series all about your favorite bloggers & KNITS!
Knits are one of my favorite fabric types to sew with-so comfy for kiddos and grown ups alike, and not as hard to sew with as you may think! Also, as you may know I recently came out with my first knit PDF pattern-the Nessie top! I created a bow tutorial to add onto that pattern or any other tee pattern…so scroll on down to see the tutorial!
So hop over and read all about it! and thanks for having me, Rae!
Nice bow. Also thought you might like to know there is an extra “s” in as in 2nd paragraph.
haha whoops! thanks!
Just wanted to tell you I think you’ve created a lovely little corner for yourself in blogland. I always find your blog uplifting and the pictures lovely. How are you getting such good lighting for indoor pictures?
thanks! I take my pics outdoors or in our sunroom which lets in a lot of light!
That top is so cute with the bow!
So cute!!! I’ve got a Craft Gossip post scheduled for tomorrow morning that links to your tutorial: http://sewing.craftgossip.com/tutorial-big-bow-t-shirt/2014/01/03/

THanks!
Cuuute! I like how you tucked the top edges of the bow into the neckline edges…. that’s a great way to keep it from flopping over.
Hi, after reading your knitereview i was wondering where you get your ponte? I have been wanting to give it a try, i checked out a few etsy shops but noticed that most have really high polyester content. I have heard that this will pill. Is the ponte you buy polyester? How have you found the pillage? Thanks a bunch! Beautiful blog!
I get mine from Girl Charlee and I haven’t noticed any pilling-yet. ๐
Thank you! Seeing all the beautiful things you sew makes me wish i had girls to sew for. Three little son’s at my house!
Yay!! Love this bow tute, super great!! Thanks for dispensing your awesome knit knowledge with us!!
