KCWC: ruffle top for Charlotte

ย Well, after saying no to Charlotte’s questioning “Dat por me?” while I’ve been sewing for Sadie this week, I gave in and made her a top…how could you resist that face, I ask you? You can’t, don’t bother talking to your computer screen answering me.

ย The cheeks will eat you aliiiive!

Anyways, I used the Ruffle Top/Dress pattern, and it was perfect! I sewed up a size 2T, and it came together quickly, the fit is spot on, and is super cute, no? The fabric is Mod Green Pod for Robert Kaufman-poppies in aqua. I used some bias tape on hand for the ties. I want to make Sadie the dress version someday! As for this little Miss…she’s ecstatic that I made her something…awwww.ย
Way to work the mommy guilt, Miss C.

ย

Geez my kids have more clothes than they could ever possibly wear. Mo clothes, mo problems?
