sadie’s christmas dress

First off, I would like to apologize in advance for force-feeding you so many pictures of Sadie in her Christmas dress. But hey-my blog, my pics. Muwahaha. ha. Anyways!

Presenting: Sadie’s Christmas dress.

I love this shot. I call it the forlorn pose. Or, maybe the gonna-fall-down-cause-it’s-windy pose.

I just love the fabric. It’s by Momo for Moda-It’s a Hoot. It reminded me of Christmas trees, but in a fresh and modern way. And I’m thinking they can wear these for awhile after Christmas too.

I made the pattern for the dress myself too. woot!

Do you like our photo shoot site? Aka…stepped out the front door.

You can’t tell cause of the bow, but there’s some pleating at the square neckline. Love how that came out…though it’s covered. er..oh well!

Did I mention I made the pattern for this dress? Oh, I did? Ok, I’ll shut up about it.

I’m just giddy. and a dork. but hey, I’m ok with that.
I’ll post about Charlotte’s dress another day…I decided they need posts of their own. Yes, hers is that cute. ๐Ÿ˜‰ Also it doesn’t have a zipper yet.

p.s. sorry, no tutorial as of yet! Perhaps in the future!
