She really likes this dress-I pretty much had to pry it off of her body, she wanted to wear it until Christmas. Yeah, that would have ended well.

I cut two long strips 3″ wide.
Then folded them in half lengthwise and sewed diagonally down one end, then continued sewing down one side.
Turn the strips right side out (I use a chopstick to turn them), and press with an iron.
Then I tied a bow with the ends to figure out where to place it.
Then I pleated the strip around the neckline, pinning each pleat down.
It looked like this. ta dar
Then I sewed down the middle of the pleats, and made sure to back stitch securely a little ways away from the bow. Then you’re done! (with that part. I used the Charlotte dress tutorial for this one also!)
