orange you glad it's fall?

Can you smell the fall in the air?

Ok, me neither (not literally anyways), but it's right around the corner! I mean, come on, it's already September! Where did August go?! No fair that summer's already over. I was too busy having a baby to really enjoy it. But that's another story...a boring one.

Let's get on to the cute fall clothes!

Ok...I guess this one's kind of a summery typish one...what with the tie straps...Sadie will of course wear a tee underneath it. The fabric is fall-ish though, right?

A little peasant top for Charlotte. I was thinking the other day that I should make her some things of her own-and this is one of those things. More to come!

I LOVE this pleated jean skirt-I used this super easy and quick tutorial. done and DONE!

Miss Grumps.

P.S. Didja notice the new (to me) hangers? I thought I'd pony up and get some nice looking hangers for pictures. Nothing but the best for you folks! ;)

I don't know what I love more... the orange you glad it's fall or the dresses themselves?! Very cute.

I love the shirt and dress! You are so talented. Can I just come over and spend an afternoon with you and have you teach me how to make my daughter some clothes? I have a bunch of clothes to refashion but am too nervous to start on them.

The denim skirt on the baby! I love it so much, I want a little baby girl again. My boy might wear the skirt, but I don't think daddy would be too pleased with me.

cute cute cute...absolutely CUTE!!! I love all the stuff you make. Your girls are adorable.
And, just on a side note, I loved when you said that Sadie will wear the dress with a shirt underneath. Not sure if you said that for modesty standards, but for me, I'll teach my daughters that modesty comes from birth. Thanks for showing that cute clothes can be modest too.

The clothes are beautiful. However having a new baby is never boring. Crazy perhaps but never boring.
I really didn't stop by to preach. I have loved having new babies, its my favorite time of their lives.
I love your blog!
