Ruffle top

Finally getting around to posting one of the muslins I made for Project Run and Play-this one for the week 3 look. Definitely turned out wearable, though I changed the sleeves and left out the gathered waist for the final top.  She loves it nonetheless! I don’t have a tutorial for this, but thought I’d share anyways! I have lots of fun stuff coming this week…a free pattern, and some fun tutorials. Can’t wait to share!
