we’re sticking with what we know apparently…

….cause it’s another girl! We are so excited! And yes we will have another bambino someday, but NOT just to try for a boy, lol. We are really really excited to have another girly girl! Sadie was ecstatic when I told her, and now I’m glad I organized all the girl’s clothes recently. ;)

  1. Aww! So sweet – congrats! We have 3 girls and we couldn’t be happier. #4 was a boy for us, but even if we had been blessed with 4 daughters, we would have been ecstatic. We <3 our girls :) It is fun to have both, though.

    I’m so happy for you!

  2. Yay for Team Pink! Although, on girl #3 I have started buying new onesies… one can only handle so many stained outfits! Granted, we did rotate the clothes between 6 baby girls in the family.

  3. Yay for the CINO family! Think how many more girl things you probably know how to sew now versus when you were a 1st time mama–I know I was this way. You’re going to have so much fun!!!

  4. PS.forgot to comment yesterday but the cowgirl party was AWESOME. So many clever ideas!

  5. Ahhhh 3 girls!! CUTE!!! Congratulations! I’m sure you would have been happy either way… but… yay! You sure do make beautiful girls! x

  6. CONGRATULATIONS! I’ve been looking forward to this news and now I’m so happy for you :-)

  7. Congratulations! I’m very happy for you and your three girls!
I have two girls and like to sew sweet dresses in pink.
Wish you all a very good start with this little baby girl.

Many congratulations! I am a long time reader, but never commented! (All the way from New Zealand!) I also have 3 girls, my 3rd daughter was born in February – she was a surprise for us, and we all love her heaps and her two big sisters (who are 7 & 10) were thrilled! BTW – we named her Charlotte!
What a bonus that because I gave away all my kids clothes…. I get to sew lots more!! and boy has the sewing scene changed over the past 10 years!
All the best for a healthy pregnancy :-)
Also – awesome cowboy party! You’re amazing!

  12. aw beautiful! Little girls rock. You’re such a great mum to your two beautiful girls. Number three is very lucky to be joining your family. All the best for the rest of your pregnancy.

  13. Yay for girls! Congrats, Jess!

  14. Go Team Pink! The girls rule in my house too. Even the cat is a girl. My poor husband is a bit out numbered. Actually, girls rule on our road. Even the bus driver commented one day. She was wondering if anyone ever has boys on this road. We have one neighbor that moved here with a boy now, I’m guessing it is something in the water around here! Congrats!

  15. Oh what fun!!! We have 3 big boys and when we decided to try for a fourth child (after a successful vasectomy reversal! Yeah!!) The ultrasound showed a little girl. I didn’t believe it! I made the technician look again! I was sure we couldn’t have girls, it just somehow never crossed my mind that it would even be possible. Our fifth baby was another wonderful little boy, I imagine if we have another it will be a boy too! That’s just how we roll. Our daughter was a super wonderful surprise, but I doubt we’ll have another, boys seem to just be what we are good at making. ;-)

  16. Oh how fun! And heartfelt congratulations!! Just think of how much fun you’ll have pulling out the girls out-grown handmade clothing for your new little one:)

Congratulations! I totally know the feeling of swimming through a sea of bins! I have 10 bins of clothes in our attic, two I’m packing up now (12 months) and two I’m unpacking now (18 months). I’d be lost if they weren’t all organized by size! Someday I’ll make another mother very happen when I’m ready to give up these clothes! I’m HOPING that I get to add some homemade clothes to those bins soon – reading your blog everyday makes me want to sew, sew, sew! In fact, I just bought a serger! Again – congratulations! Maybe you have a boy dog or cat to help make your husband feel a little less outnumbered?!

  46. Many, many congrats! :) We like girls around here…though we are excited to be adopting two boys!

  59. Congratulations on the news of another baby girl. I am the mother of 4 girls, my oldest is 6 and my youngest is 6 months. I work full time as a nurse and enjoy crafting and sewing. I love ready your blog even if it is to live vicariously through others’ projects. I try to blog the few things I do get to do but it seems few and far between. Thanks! Best wishes for a healthy baby girl!

  60. Congratulations! I always wished I had a sister… My husband’s mom has 4 sisters and they are best friends. That kind of camaraderie and loyalty will definitely be an advantage for your girls as they grow up. Embrace the pink!

  61. Congrats! I’ve got 4 girls & while the screaming can be intense, it sure is cheaper! (hand me downs – ha!) Enjoy the playfulness & pink unicorn rainbows! :)

  67. yay for girls. We just had our third girl three months ago – Isabella, Juliette and baby Emily. I think I secretly hoped for a boy but now that Emily is with us I couldn’t love her anymore or be happier. She is so adorable. Have fun nesting and getting ready for your new addition! Suz

  68. Hooray! Congratulations! You make the most adorable girls! :)

  69. We love all girls! Congratulations!

  70. very nice another girl. We were 4 daughters at home and it was very great at the end my mother did not want a boy, the last one she was very frightened that it was a boy (what can I do with a boy !!!!) very funny

  71. Congratulations, Jess! So exciting!

(And, as a side note, I’m totally impressed by your organization of the baby clothes. I was so good about it before Olivia was born… now all of the “too small” clothes just get thrown (literally) into a box in her closet.)

Okay, sorry the side note was longer than my congratulations. I promise I’m definitely more excited for you about having another sweet littler girl than I am about organizing baby clothes! :)

  72. CONGRATULATIONS!!! That’s so exciting!! At least it’s cheaper to have another girl! ;)

  73. Congratulations on your beautiful baby girl. Sooo precious!
