the Olivia top and dress pattern is here!

olivia patternfrontnw
I am so excited to introduce the Olivia top and dress pattern for girls! This frock features and adorable button up empire waist style bodice, with sleeves in three variations: sleeveless, short, and elbow length. The gathered skirt is comfortable and breezy, and the fit is meant to be loose and flowing-it’s all about comfort! Cinch it in with a fun tie or belt….add some pockets…it’s perfect for color blocking and playing with different fabric pairings!

The pattern is sent via an instant download link after you purchase it, and the PDF comes with 23 pages of instructions, in color, for both a top and dress, with the aforementioned 3 sleeve versions. It includes 9 sizes, from 6-12 mo all the way up to a size 8! Includes helpful fabric and size charts, and detailed steps and tips to help make your Olivia sewing as easy as possible!

It’s been in the works for the past month or so, and I’m slowly getting the hang of this pattern thing! So look for more-cause I kind of love it! I also would like to thank my fabulous testers (you know who you are), for doing an amazing job of giving great feedback and advice. I’ll have a round up post with all their dresses up soon! (hint: they are GORgeous.)

In the meantime, enjoy some more pics from our shoot. (with all three girls….I’m surprised we all survived.)

This first one melted my heart.

Oh, and the fabrics! The teal for Sadie’s is Aqua Linen from the Springhouse line,  Ava’s is Domino Dot in Geranium from Violet Craft, and Charlotte’s fabric is Scalloped Edge from the Cloud9 Koi line.
