Bento boxes round seven

So now that Sadie is in kindergarten (which she loves!)…I’ve become an official school-lunch bento maker, which I love! I don’t have much time for creativity, but I love to see other people’s ideas for bento foods, so I thought I’d post these anyways! Follow me on Instagram for more!

This one I packed in a Rubbermaid Lunch Blox. (alphabet picks), cut up apples and cereal bar.

This lunch I packed in a Fisher Price box I found on clearance at Target-can’t find it online though. ๐Ÿ™ I like it, but the lids aren’t super reliable so this one has become Charlotte’s bento for home. I packed a cereal bar, orange and cherry tomatoes with leaf picks, blueberries, turkey and cheese roll ups, and a bear shaped hard boiled egg. Sadie LOVES her some hard boiled egg. As you’ll see….

This lunch had some sunbutter sandwich roll ups, sixlets, boring hard boiled egg, star cheese, and cut up peaches with an elephant pick.

Again with the LunchBlox! I do love it. This lunch has some turkey and cheese kabobs, a bunny egg, cherry tomatoes and an orange (again) with leaf picks, and cut up strawberries and blueberries with a giraffe pick.

I grabbed one of these Goodbyn bento boxes from Target-so far I’m loving it-though I think it’s still a little big for Sadie-it will work out well in the years to come, I think! This lunch had an orange with a leaf pick, strawberries in a flower cup w/ a dog pick, a turkey and cheese sandwich cut into squares, dried mango, and mini goldfish.

One more LunchBlox lunch! This lunch had ham and cheese kabobs, a bear egg, orange with leaf pick, dried mango, one lonely strawberry, some whole wheat crackers, and sixlets.

Thanks to you, my daughter has been taking fun lunches to school….and loves them! Thank you for sharing your fun ideas…and sources.

  4. Hi!

I have the Lunchblox, too, and did a post about it in my blog. Lol. GMTA! My daughter loves her Lunchblox.

The ice block that comes with it is great, too, dont’t you think? Keeps things cold all day.

Fun ideas. We don’t eat meat or eggs, but your ideas and pictures are really fun! Bento lunch packing is the best notion ever, isn’t it?

  5. So do all the cute picks actually make it home? That’s my problem with packing reusables–they often get tossed ๐Ÿ™

  6. Thanks for sharing your lunch creations. My lunches are about like yours, cute but not over the top. I don’t have that kind of time! ๐Ÿ™‚ I do like the Goodbyn I bought at Target for my kindergartner but it is just two sections not 3.

  7. *sigh* I love bento! And I love looking at other people’s bento too! They are so neat and tidy and everyone always wants to eat them right up! These look scrumptious!

  8. These are so cute! You say its not exciting but i only have to pack my son lunch once a week and ours just look thrown together! Im inspired (like you havent done that to me before haha).
