…recovering from my brother’s wedding this past weekend. It was a packed and super busy weekend, but really fun and nice to see my Utah sibs. (at least I was able to re use Sadie’s flower girl dress from my sister’s wedding!) My mom has wedding super powers, that’s all I have to say about that.
…gearing up for Charlotte’s birthday party this coming weekend. Her birthday was Friday but we were too busy setting up for the wedding so she got a birthday muffin, cupcakes later on, and a few toys that day. (luckily she’s none the wiser with her birthday expectations)
….unpacking and supposed to be doing laundry. blech.
….sewing some custom orders, like another Button dress! (with a sash) I liked this one even more than the original!
….working on some awesome, fantabulous, exciting projects that I can’t wait to share with you! (Sorry for being vague and dropping hints)
Please have patience with me this week. I’m feeling a little spread thin, if ya know what I mean. 😉
I may not have a post every day for ya this week, but just know I’m doing my best. I’ll definitely have Charlotte’s birthday party to share with you soon! can’t wait for that. 😉
the button dress is so cute! Sometimes just admitting that you are spread thin helps to get it all done! Takes some of the pressure off. You are doing such a great job! Keep it up 🙂

How can Charlotte be one already?! Glad you had a fun weekend! I really do like that button dress. I think it takes 1.5-2xs as long as a vacation to recover; ie if your vacation is three days, you need 4.5-6 days to get back into the swing of things. 🙂

almost forgot…happy birthday for your little girl! Our daughter is called Lotte and is 16 months now: she is walking now and has chubby legs like your Charlotte, so cute!
