Ava’s Geranium dress

So the other week, Rae emailed me to see if I’d be willing to help test her new pattern….and we all know that when Rae says “sew” you say “yes”. ๐Ÿ˜‰ She needed a tester for the 0-3 month size and I quickly jumped on board….how sweet did this dress turn out? I adore it in so many ways. For one thing, it came together so, so quickly. (love small size sewing for that reason!) For another thing, it was the first thing I sewed Ava that she could wear right away! (and then promptly grow out of…sheesh this girl is growing like a weed!)

Don’t you love those little curled up toes?

Side note: I thought she didn’t have any red in her hair until I saw these pics. Guess she didn’t escape the Christian red hair. Not that I would want her to. ๐Ÿ˜‰ I can’t wait to sew up more of this adorable pattern for S and C! You can purchase it here!ย

Check out the other fabulous dresses the other testers made here!

  1. My daughter’s golden blonde hair looked red in all of her pictures for the first year. It’s never been red in person, though. The dress is sweet and so are those curled toes.
