the sincerest form of flattery series

So here’s the “big news” I’ve been hinting at for a little while…starting next week I’ll be co-hosting a series called The Sincerest Form of Flattery…can you guess what it’s about?

Knock offs! Everyone loves a good knock off, right? I mean, who doesn’t like saving money but looking like a million bucks?

A few fun things about this series-

1. I’m co-hosting with two of my favorite bloggers-Kirsten and Jordan from Kojo Designs. These ladies are so fabulously creative -and some of the nicest bloggers around! They competed in Project Run and Play with me (lasted a lot longer too!), and won Season 5 of So You Think You’re Crafty.  So if that’s not an impressive crafty resume, I don’t know what is. 😉

2. I am also so excited for the guests that we have lined up for you (and these are just the guests for my blog… Kirsten and Jordan have a whole list of other awesome bloggers guesting on their blog!)!!!

Susan & Adrianna from Crafterhours
Gwen from Gwenny Penny
Jessica from Me Sew Crazy
Erin from Sutton Grace
Melanie from The Crafty Cupboard
Kalleen From At Second Street

Are you as psyched as I am to see what these ladies come up with? Yeah, I thought so! 😉

3. We’d love for y’all to get involved! Have you been inspired to recreate something you saw (even if you put your own twist on it)? We’d LOVE to see it! Add your pictures to either mine or Kojo’s flickr pool… if there’s enough interest, we’ll put together a round up during the series.

4. Also, feel free to grab a button from the sidebar! Thanks!

  6. Hi!
I am not sure if my project qualifies, but I have actually added it in your flickr group already. It’s my ‘Village Frock Wannabe’. I love the original Village Frock pattern but I couldn’t get my hands on it so I ‘sincerely imitated it’ 🙂

I have more pictures of the wanna-be frock in my blog
